He began his career in his home town of Sidon early at the age of 15 years. In small concerts and weddings, many original songs led to Arab legends such as Umm Kulthum, Abdel Halim Hafez, Farid El Atrash, Mohamed Abdel Wahab and many other famous singers of his generation. Fadel continued to try to reach fame until 1998, when he composed the melody of 'Mati Habibi Mati'. In the meantime, Fadl was known as one of the production companies, which he contracted for 10 years and was assisted by Egyptian musician Salah Al-Sharnoubi. His songs and albums, in collaboration with the same company 'Horses', had an album with another company, Master Melody, in 2000. , In 2001 with Rotana, and in 2002, where Fadel and Med became involved The company tried and tried to withdraw from it because its manager was trying to block his work but did not succeed. In 2003, Fadel worked with Al-Amer to produce his own songs because he could not produce a full album by virtue of his contract with the horses. Then in the same year the company joined the horses with the company 'Rotana', which became preferred under its auspices. He has released 11 lyric albums and 21 solo songs so far.
Fadl loves fishing on his boat at the shores of his birth city (Sidon), and he also loves sports. He likes piano, and listens to old and modern music with his wife and children.
Contrary to the belief that he is of Palestinian origin, he said that he has the honor of being a Palestinian, but he is "a Lebanese father of a grandfather." He was raised in the Palestinian camps in Tameer Ain al-Hilweh and sang on its roofs and among its people and he is married to a Palestinian. At the request of Fadl Shaker, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas decided to grant him Palestinian citizenship and issue a Palestinian passport in his name.
As for his family life, Fadl sang at one of his concerts and his eyes fell on one of the girls and was impressed by them, and then he saw her several times and asked one of his acquaintances to ask her if she would accept her and ask her hand to marry if she agreed to request the song of George Wassouf. Fadl always said, "I married a sweet love story." The name of his wife is Nadia, a Palestinian woman with three children: 'Alhan', born in 1990, and 'Muhammad' 'Born in 1994 and' Rana 'was born in 2002.
He announced the retirement of singing once and for all at the end of 2012, and became a fixture for committed clerics and Muslims. After many news of his retirement Fadel Shaker first appeared on his channel Mercy from the city of Sidon in Lebanon to announce his retirement to sing because of a number of things, including what is religious and what is political is due to events in Syria, including what lies in the conditions of art today where he considered that Art is low in the absence of trade unions and artistic institutions.
